For the filling

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas mark 6.

In a pan melt the butter over a low heat and add the apples and sugar and cook until soft. Add the blackberries and then transfer into an ovenproof dish.

Melt the butter in pan, and add the remaining crumble ingredients. Give it a good stir for a few minutes. Spoon the crumble mixture over the fruit and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream, clotted cream or custard - enjoy!
