These chilli beef & prawn noodles are quick and easy to make – a super delicious mid week meal in minutes!
- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and add the beef. Season well with salt & pepper and add the Five Spice, stir fry until browned, remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan add the garlic & chilli and stir fry for 30 seconds. Add the prawns and stir fry until pink and cooked through. Now add the sweet chilli sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Return the beef to the wok with the vegetables and noodles, stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Now add the beansprouts and spring onions, stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Divide the noodles equally among serving bowls. Enjoy!
