Honey & Mustard Potato Salad

A very simple but delicious potato salad made with 3 mustard’s; wholegrain, Dijon and English.  It is a great addition to any BBQ or picnic.  It is also the perfect accompaniment to grilled meat, smoked salmon, prawns or ham.  Can be served warm or cold!

  • To serve

  • Place the potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water and cook for 20 minutes or until tender,
  • Meanwhile place the oil, honey, white wine vinegar, mustard's in a bowl, whisk through and season to taste.
  • Drain the potatoes and stir through the dressing, sprinkle with spring onions and they are ready to serve. Enjoy!
