This recipe is very easy to make and the results are absolutely delicious!
- Heat the oil or ghee in a saucepan. Add the onions and fry until golden.
- Stir in the turmeric, coriander, cumin, chilli powder, cloves and curry leaves and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the lamb and coconut and fry, stirring, until well browned.
- Pour in the water and add the salt. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until the lamb is tender.
- Transfer to a warmed serving dish and serve immediately.
