For the marinade

olive oil

mint sauce

balsamic vinegar

sea salt & pepper
(freshly ground)
Instructions

Place the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix through. Add the lamb steaks and coat with the marinade and season to taste. You can cook straight away or marinade in the refrigerator until needed.

Cook the lamb in a frying pan, under the grill or on the BBQ or 6 minutes each side or until cooked through.
