Minted Lamb Steaks

These lamb steaks taste absolutely delicious - a simple, quick and easy mid-week meal or perfect for the BBQ. Serve with seasonal vegetables or salad and new potatoes.

Ingredients
  • 4 lamb steaks
  • For the marinade
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mint sauce
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • sea salt & pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
  1. Place the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix through. Add the lamb steaks and coat with the marinade and season to taste. You can cook straight away or marinade in the refrigerator until needed.
  2. Cook the lamb in a frying pan, under the grill or on the BBQ or 6 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  3. Serve with seasonal vegetables or salad and new potatoes. Enjoy!
