SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 100 g milk chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • 4 tbsp SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
    • For serving
  • whipped cream or spray cream
  • 2 tbsp SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter (melted in the microwave until runny)
  • chocolate sauce
  • milk chocolate (grated)
Instructions
  1. In a large pan heat the milk over a medium heat just before it starts to boil.
  2. Add the chocolate and whisk constantly until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Now add the peanut butter and whisk through until completely combined.
  3. Remove from the heat and pour into mugs. If you prefer a thicker hot chocolate cover the pan and allow to stand for 5 minutes until serving.
  4. To serve, top with whipped cream or spray cream and drizzle over the peanut butter & chocolate sauce and top with grated chocolate. Enjoy!
