Spicy Peruvian Green Sauce

This delicious Peruvian Green Sauce is fresh, vibrant and ever so tasty, it can be drizzled on anything from the grill. In fact once you make this sauce you will be drizzling it on everything.  The perfect recipe for a BBQ

  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 1 large handful of fresh coriander
  • 4 spring onions
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 garlic cloves (peeled)
  • 2 limes (juice only)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend together until fully combined and you have a smooth sauce.
  2. Store in a jar with a tight fitting lid until needed, keeps for up to a week. Enjoy!
