Instructions
- For the paste, place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until you have a smooth paste.
- For the curry, heat a large frying pan and then add the oil and beef, stir fry until browned. Add the paste and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the coconut milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the fish sauce and lime juice to taste. Serve with jasmine rice. Enjoy!
