The Best Chimichurri Sauce
This herby, garlicky, tangy, spicy and very green Chimichurri sauce is great on all kind of grilled meats.

(peeled & roughly chopped)

white wine vinegar

salt

ground cumin

chilli flakes

freshly ground pepper

handful of fresh coriander leaves

dried oregano

handful fresh flat leaf parsley
(stems removed)
Instructions

Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse 2 - 3 times.

Scrape down the sides using a spatula and repeat the pulsing until you have a thick green sauce. Enjoy!
