The Best Steak Marinade
This marinade adds so much flavour to your juicy steak. It helps to tenderise and infuse the steak with flavour and creates a delicious steak.
The Rump steak was gifted to me by Swaledale Butchers as part of the Classic Steak Box. The steak is one of the most delicious that I have ever tasted. Ingredients

steaks
(your favourite cut - I used rump)
For the marinade

tbsp
balsamic vinegar

50
ml
soy sauce
-
50
ml
Worcestershire sauce

50
ml
olive oil

1
tbsp
Dijon mustard
-
2
tsp
honey
-
3
garlic cloves
(crushed)

tsp
dried thyme

1
tsp
freshly ground pepper
Instructions

Place all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.

Now place the steaks in a zip lock bag or sandwich bag and add the marinade. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Add the steak to a hot pan or grill, then cook to your liking, allow to rest for 5 minutes. Serve with chips or seasonal vegetables, enjoy!
