Tuna, Pasta & Pesto Salad

roast peppers in brine
(drained & chopped)

(drained & flaked)
For the pesto

fresh basil
(roughly chopped)

red chilli
(deseeded & finely chopped)

(peeled & roughly chopped)

(freshly ground)
Instructions

Place the pasta in a pan of boiling water and cook as per packed instructions, add the French beans for the final 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain and rinse under cool water and set aside.

Meanwhile prepare the pesto, place all the pesto ingredients into a blender and blitz until you have a smooth paste. Season to taste and set aside.

Place the pasta and beans into a salad bowl and drizzle over the pesto. Add all the remaining ingredients and toss well. Season to taste. Enjoy!
