Best Greek Chicken Marinade
This simple Greek chicken marinade infuses the chicken with lemon, garlic and oregano and keeps the chicken super juicy and tender. Delicious and easy to make!

For the marinade

Instructions

Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.

Add the chicken, coat well, cover and marinade in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours and up to 24 hours.

Preheat the oven to Gas mark 5/200°C/180°C fan. Line a baking tray and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Reserve the remaining marinade.

Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining marinade and back for a further 15 minutes or until golden and crisp.

Allow to rest for a few minutes and serve with Greek salad. Enjoy!
