soft dark brown sugar

Instructions

In a bowl mix together all the marinade ingredients,

Place the chicken thighs in a large freezer bag and pour over the marinade. Allow the chicken to marinade in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.

Grill on the barbecue until cooked through or oven bake. To oven bake preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C Fan/Gas mark 7. Put the chicken on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Decrease the heat of the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas mark 6 and cook for a further 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
