dark soy sauce

sweet chilli sauce

mirin or dry sherry

To serve

rice & stir fried vegetables
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas mark 6 and place the trout on a shallow baking tray.

Mix all the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the trout fillets. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Baste the trout half way through the cooking time.

Sprinkle the cooked trout with sesame seeds and serve with rice and stir fried vegetables. Enjoy.
