Tender, flaky salmon fillets glazed in a rich homemade teriyaki sauce, garnished with sesame seeds and spring onions - ready in 20 minutes.
Can be cooked in the oven or air fryer.

Instructions

Preheat the oven or air fryer to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas mark 6.

Mix all the remaining ingredients in a shallow bowl and add the fillets skin side up for 10 minutes. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Or air fryer for 7-9 minutes. The cooking time will vary dependant on the thickness of the fillets. Baste the salmon half way through the cooking time.

Sprinkle the cooked salmon with sesame seeds and serve with rice and stir fried vegetables. Enjoy.
