TINDLE Burgers with the Ultimate Fried Onions & Chipotle Garlic Mayo
I have partnered with TINDLE to produce this absolutely delicious recipe to go with TINDLE Burgers. To compliment the ridiculously good TINDLE burgers - chicken made from plants I have paired them with the Ultimate Fried Onions & Chipotle Garlic Mayo. These have to be the best fried onions and compliment the burgers perfectly. If you want a delicious meal in minutes I would make this recipe.

Ingredients

box of TINDLE Burgers
(cooked as per packet instructions)
For the Ultimate Fried Onions

tbsp
olive oil

2
large onions
(peeled & sliced)

tbsp
tomato ketchup
-
1 1/2
tbsp
wholegrain mustard

1 1/2
tbsp
soft dark brown sugar

tsp
Worcestershire sauce
For the Chipotle Mayo

garlic clove
(peeled)

mayonnaise

chipotle paste
To serve

burger buns

Instructions

Cook the TINDLE burgers as per packet instructions.

Meanwhile for the onions, heat the oil in large frying over a low to medium heat. Add the onions and gently fry for 10 - 15 minutes or until softened and starting to turn golden.

In a bowl add the ketchup, mustard, sugar and Worcestershire sauce and mix through. Now add to the softened onions and stir through until the onions are fully coated. Gently fry for 5 minutes.

For the chipotle garlic mayonnaise, put all the ingredients in a food processor and whizz for 3 minutes. Place in a serving bowl.

Now assemble the burgers, open the buns and add lettuce to the bottom bun and top with a good dollop of mayo. Add one of the delicious TINDLE Burgers and a good portion of onions. Add the lid and enjoy!
