Fish, Chorizo & New Potato Tray Bake

This fish tray bake tastes absolutely wonderful and is so easy to make – perfect for any night of the week.  Roasted new potatoes, chorizo, tomatoes, olives, red wine and herbs give this an added layer of deliciousness.
