- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas mark 4.
- In a large bowl cream the butter and sugar together until you have a light and fluffy mixture. Mix in the eggs gradually with the milk and vanilla. Fold in the flour, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder. Now fold in the mashed bananas until almost combined.
