A quick & deliciously easy recipe for Peanut Butter lovers – the perfect romantic treat!
- In a large bowl add the Skippy® peanut butter, melted butter and 100g of icing sugar, mix thoroughly. Add more icing sugar until it is the consistency of cookie dough.
- Place the dough between two sheets of greaseproof paper and roll out until it is about 0.8- 0.9mm thick. Now place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer and using a heart cutter, cut the hearts and set a side on a new piece of greaseproof paper and place back in the freezer for another 15 minutes.
- Place the melted chocolate in a large bowl and dip the peanut heart into the chocolate until it is fully coated. Remove with a fork and remove all excess chocolate and place on greaseproof paper. Repeat until all hearts are covered and allow the chocolate to set for an hour in room temperature. Enjoy!
