These smoked salmon & cream cheese puff pastry pinwheels are ever-so-easy to make and they taste absolute delicious! They make the most wonderful appetizer and can be made in minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4.
- Unroll the pastry and spread the cream cheese on the puff pastry. Sprinkle with the chopped chives and arrange the slices of smoked salmon on the cream cheese. Roll the puff pastry back up and place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut the roll into slices of approximately 1 cm thick each and lay each one on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush each roll with the beaten egg and sprinkle with the seeds. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or, until the pastry gets a nice golden brown colour.
- Serve warm or cold, enjoy!
