
These spooky ghost SPAM® rolls are the easiest treats you can make for a Halloween party. Ready in 35 minutes and can be eaten hot or cold, they’re also perfect for getting the kids involved.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas mark 6.
- Cut the SPAM® into 12 equal rectangles and set aside.
- On a lightly floured surface, open out the pastry sheets and cut into 3 long strips. Cut each strip in the 3 equal sized pieces. Place the SPAM® in the centre of each strip. Dampen the edges with a little water then roll up to seal.

- Using a skewer, make 2 holes at the top to form the eyes. Transfer to trays and brush with the egg and milk. Bake for 20-25 min or until golden. Add the edible eyes or small pieces of olives for the eyes. Serve hot or cold with your favourite dip. Enjoy!
