Apple & Blackberry Crumble

This crumble delivers – a warm, fruity apple and blackberry crumble topped with a golden, crunchy oat and mixed nut topping—perfectly sweet, nutty, and comforting!

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas mark 6.
  • In a pan melt the butter over a low heat and add the apples and sugar and cook until soft. Add the blackberries and then transfer into an ovenproof dish.
  • Melt the butter in pan, and add the remaining crumble ingredients. Give it a good stir for a few minutes. Spoon the crumble mixture over the fruit and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream, clotted cream or custard - enjoy!
