Wonderful juicy prawns with fresh asparagus and spaghetti coated in a delicious buttery garlic sauce.

- Cook the pasta as per packet instructions.
- Heat 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic and chiili flakes. Fry for a minute then add the asparagus. Toss in the pan for a couple of minutes then remove and set aside.
- Add another 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil then add the prawns. Cook for a minute each side until turning pink. Then add the Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, stock and lemon juice. Allow to bubble, now stir the asparagus.
- Drain the pasta, reserving some of the cooking water. Toss it through the mixture in the pan, add some of the cooking water if you feel it needs to be a bit looser. Serve immediately with a sprinkling of chiili flakes and lemon zest. Enjoy!
