This recipe is so easy and can be made in less than 30 minutes. Delicious cheesey & creamy Orzo Pasta served with your favourite sausages.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently cook the sausages until they are cooked through and golden.
- Meanwhile in a large pan add the chicken stock, orzo, garlic and generously season. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to medium-low and simmer, stirring regularly. Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed and the pasta is cooked to your preference. (If you want to cook the pasta further but the liquid is gone, just add a splash more stock).
- Now stir in the cooked sausages, cream and parsley. Serve & enjoy.
