- In a large frying pan heat the oil over a low heat. Add he onions and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened.
- Add the sausage and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes. Now add the mushrooms and water to the pan.
- Add the tomatoes and allow to simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Pour in the cream to the sausage and mushroom sauce, mix through and season to taste.
- Drain the cooked pasta and add to the pan. Reduce the heat to low and mix through. Serve with pasta and sprinkle with parmesan.
