Pasta & Prawns in a Nduja Cream Sauce

This is such a quick and easy recipe to make.  Juicy prawns in a spicy cream sauce perfect for a delicious mid-week meal.  These wonderful prawns were gifted by Bradley’s (they deliver throughout the UK) see below for a 15% discount code.

  • Cook the pasta as per packet instructions.
  • Meanwhile, In a frying pan add the butter along with the olive oil. Fry the onions over a low heat for 2-3 minutes then add the garlic and gently fry for another minute.
  • Add the nduja, mix through and continue to fry for another couple of minutes. Pour in the cream followed by the prawns. Simmer for 4-6 minutes depending on the size.
  • Once the prawns are cooked season, add the lemon juice and mix through the parsley. If you feel it’s too thick add a little splash of the pasta water to loosen it up. Mix through the pasta and serve with a sprinkling of chilli flakes. Enjoy!
