Teriyaki British Trout

This teriyaki trout recipe is a winner.  It has simple store cupboard ingredients and can be made in minutes.  Delicious.

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas mark 6 and place the trout on a shallow baking tray.
  • Mix all the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the trout fillets. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Baste the trout half way through the cooking time.
  • Sprinkle the cooked trout with sesame seeds and serve with rice and stir fried vegetables. Enjoy.
