- Preheat the oven or air fryer to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas mark 6.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients in a shallow bowl and add the fillets skin side up for 10 minutes. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Or air fryer for 7-9 minutes. The cooking time will vary dependant on the thickness of the fillets. Baste the salmon half way through the cooking time.
- Sprinkle the cooked salmon with sesame seeds and serve with rice and stir fried vegetables. Enjoy.
