A cool, creamy, fresh and simple dip – a great accompaniment to Greek dishes.
- Squeeze all the liquid out of the grated cucumber and place in a serving bowl.
- Add the yogurt, garlic, oil, lemon and mint into the bowl and mix through. Season to taste. Add more lemon juice or mint if preferred.
- Serve the tzatziki immediately or chill for later. Leftover tzatziki keeps for about 4 days. Enjoy!
