Glaze Baked Barramundi

This glaze baked Barramundi recipe is so quick and easy to makes and tastes absolutely delicious.  The Barramundi is a great alternative to cod, Pollock, and cod fillets.  It is also known as Vietnamese Sea Bass

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan assisted/Gas mark 5.
  • In a small bowl mix the cornflour and water and set aside. Now in a small pan add the remaining glaze ingredients. Heat over a medium heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Now stir through the cornflour for 2 minutes until you have a thick paste.
  • Place the fillets onto a baking tray and brush all over with the glaze.
  • Place in the oven for 15 minutes and then caramelise under the grill for 3 minutes.
  • To serve sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions, stir fried vegetables and rice - enjoy!
