Tender cod fillets are topped with a creamy layer of tartare sauce, then finished with a zesty lime, coriander and Gruyère crumb that bakes to golden perfection in just 10 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 230°C/210°C fan/450°F/Gas Mark 8.
  • Now place the cod fillets onto a baking tray lined with foil and greased. Squeeze the juice of the lime over the fillets and season. Spread the tartare sauce over each fillet.
  • In a small bowl mix together the breadcrumbs, cheese, coriander, lime zest and cayenne pepper. Now sprinkle over the fillets and season to taste.
  • Place the baking tray in the oven and cook for 10 minutes until the topping is golden brown & crispy and the cod is cooked through. Serve with seasonal vegetables - enjoy!
