This mustard & Gruyere herb crust salmon dish is absolutely delicious – it can be made in less than 30 minutes!

For the crust
- For the salmon
Instructions
- For the crust, put all the crust ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray and place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
- For the salmon, preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/400°F/Gas 6.
- Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking tray, season with salt and pepper and then brush with the mustard.
